Return & Exchange Policy

No refunds will be given on products unless the products sold are defective or do not conform to your order. All defective or non-conforming products must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
For any defective product or product that does not conform to your order, Le Verger des Tourterelles will refund the purchase price of the product (including taxes) or send you a replacement, according to your preference. The refund will be issued to the credit card used to place the order.
